RAZA Center
The RAZA Center is your familia on campus! Our goal is to empower Latinx students, and other students of color. Our purpose is to reverse the trend of historical underrepresentation that exists for Latinx students by providing support services where cultural identity is valued and embedded within its programming. We aim to provide a community space where cultura, arte, and academics interconnect.
Support Services We Offer
The RAZA Center was formerly named the Retention Attainment and Student Achievement (RASA) Center. While the former name still represents our mission, we strive to be as student-centered as possible and have embraced the RAZA term so our students know who we are. Our services aim to increase access, success, retention, transfer, and degree completion by providing support that reflects an understanding of the Chicanx/Latinx experience in the United States.
