Davis Center Library Services
The LRC is located in room DAC-215 at the Davis Center. It provides a comfortable atmosphere that can be used to study or relax.
Davis Center Tutoring
Tutoring for Math, Chemistry, and Writing (for all disciplines) is available for all SCC students in the Davis LRC (room 215)
Davis Center Transfer: UC Davis Representative
Our UC Davis representative can help you with transfer information, the application process and transfer agreement (TAG), as well as many other questions regarding transferring and attending UC Davis.
Davis Center Disability Services & Programs for Students (DSPS)
The Davis Center provides academic support services to students with disabilities, mainly by offering exam accommodations and counseling.
Davis Center Laptop Checkout
The Davis Center has a small number of laptops available for student checkout and use while on our campus grounds.
Additional Davis Center Services
Academic counseling is available online by appointment. The schedule is somewhat limited, and the appointments tend to fill up quickly, especially during the beginning and end of each semester.
Limited DSPS counseling is also available. Please call (916) 558-2087 to schedule an appointment with Yelena, our DSPS counselor.

A Career Center representative can help you with resumes, cover letters, and interview skills, as well as, career assessments, occupational research, job search and information on Internships and Work Experience. Stop by and explore your career opportunities!

Which Assessments are Available?
Students can take the English as a Second Language (ESL) and Chemistry placements at the Davis Center. English and Math Placement tests are no longer being offered at Sacramento City College beginning February 1, 2019.

How You Can Attend College While in High School
Sacramento City College encourages 11th- and 12th-grade students (16 years of age or older) to enroll for advanced educational enrichment with the approval of their principal, counselor and parent/guardian. High school students may take a class that will end up posted on official college transcripts.
The Davis Center is located in the new UC Davis campus neighborhood called West Village. Our address is 1720 Jade Street, Davis, CA 95616.
The Davis Center has a designated parking lot, on the West side of the building. A valid LRCCD/SCC semester parking pass or daily parking pass is required. Please be aware that street parking is UC Davis property which is not included for Davis Center students.
