TimelyCare is a free teletherapy service available for Sacramento City College students as part of the Health and Wellness Services program. By partnering with TimelyCare, Los Rios is responding to the growing and ever evolving needs of students. The addition of TimelyCare enhances our network of mental health services.
With TimelyCare, students can get:
Scheduled Counseling
Make an appointment for free one-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor. Appointments are available a variety of times and on weekends. You can have up to 12 sessions per year.
Care Providers
Reflect students’ backgrounds, identities and experiences. Bilingual and multilingual providers are available.
Talk Now
Speak right away with a mental health professional, available 24/7.
Webinars/Workshops
Watch recorded sessions on guided meditations, yoga and other health related topics.

Set up an account using your LRCCD email (for example: [name]@losrios.edu or [wID]@apps.losrios.edu).

Note: Students under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent for services by completing a consent form with TimelyCare.
