Child Development Center
The Child Development Center at the main campus is an affordable childcare option (ages 3 to 5) for eligible students, employees, and community members. It is also a hands-on learning environment for students enrolled in Child Development and Early Childhood Education courses at SCC.
Drop-Offs and Pick Ups
Several spaces are reserved for the drop-off and pick up of children in front of the Child Development Center. Parking is limited to 20 minutes.
Eligibility is determined by the State Department of Education funding criteria, based on gross monthly family income and family size. In order for us to determine eligibility, please complete the following forms and turn them in at the Child Development Center office during business hours. You will be contacted about your eligibility, at which point additional paperwork will be required to complete the enrollment process.

Semester Preschool Hours
Monday to Thursday:
7:00 am to 5:00 pm
7:00 am to 4:30 pm
These hours are scheduled to meet the needs of both children and parents. The Child Development Center programs observe all college holidays.
