Health and Wellness Resources
SCC Telehealth
24/7 telehealth and telemental health services. Get medical treatment for common ailments, prescriptions, and lab orders, as well as urgent mental health support and short-term therapy through phone or video appointments. These services are free to currently enrolled Los Rios students.
FindHelp.Org
FindHelp.Org is an online social care network that connects people with programs and social services in their communities. Search for free or reduced-cost services like medical care, food, job training, and more.
CalFresh
CalFresh (formerly known as Food Stamps) is a nutrition program that helps students and their families buy healthy foods. Learn how to apply for CalFresh benefits.

Financial Resources
California COVID-19 Rent Relief Program
The California COVID-19 Rent Relief program provides financial assistance for rent and utilities to income-eligible California renters and their landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19.
Apply for Student Emergency Funds
The Student Emergency Fund provides immediate financial assistance (usually mailed within 24 to 48 hours) to students involved in emergencies. These one-time grants of up to $1,000 have no repayment obligation.

CARES Act Funds for Students
The federal CARES Act includes support for higher education institutions to help address impacts on our students. Check your Message Center eServices message center to learn how to increase your chances of receiving these funds.
