EOPS services include:

- Priority registration
- Stipend for textbooks
- Student Survival Kits

EOPS Eligibility
To be eligible for EOPS you must:
- Be a California Resident or CA DREAMER/DACA/AB540 student
- Be enrolled full-time (12+ units) during your first semester in EOPS or have a DSPS reduce unit accommodation
- Have earned less than 70-degree applicable units when applying for EOPS
- Qualify for a California College Promise Grant Method A, B or C with a Zero Expected Family Contribution (EFC)
- Show supporting documentation for one of the following educational disadvantages:
- Did not graduate from high school or obtain an equivalent
- Graduated from high school with an average GPA of less than a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Do not qualify for college-level math or English as required for an Associate Degree
- First-generation college student (your parent(s) did not receive a bachelor’s degree in any country)
- You are an emancipated foster youth and/or you were in foster care, kinship care guardianship, and/or ward of the court at least one day after your 13th birthday (you must between the ages of 18-25)
- The primary language spoken at home is not English.
