Health and Wellness Services is only available remotely at this time. Current Los Rios students can contact us by email, phone, or patient portal.
LRCCD Health and Wellness Patient Portal
Use the Patient Portal to make an appointment online to talk to your college nurse, get referrals for TB testing and immunizations, get assistance with health requirements for academic programs, and complete employee TB risk assessments. You can also use the Patient Portal if you need non-emergency nurse assistance or referrals for physical and mental well-being.

Other Services Available to You
24/7 telehealth and telemental health services. Get medical treatment for common ailments, prescriptions, and lab orders, as well as urgent mental health support and short-term therapy through phone or video appointments. These services are free to currently enrolled Los Rios students.

If you are having a difficult time coping and are in need of some support, Health Services can help. Through our academic counselors, campus therapists, online therapists, mental health tools, and community resources we are here for you.

We're an online health and wellness publication for students covering research-based info on managing stress, sleeping well, academic life, eating healthy, and more.
Listen to Meditations
Download guided imagery meditations to help remedy issues impacting academic success – stress, anxiety, depression, insufficient sleep and trouble concentrating. Load the audio onto your phone, computer or listening device, and have them with you 24/7.
