Counseling Faculty provide confidential assistance to students experiencing life issues that may interfere with academic success, and are also available for students who are experiencing acute emotional distress and require immediate attention.

If you are in crisis, go to the front counter of counseling in Rodda Hall North, RHN 147 and ask to see a crisis counselor.

Off-Campus

Go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

SCC Health Services Therapist and WellSpace

SCC Health Services has therapists who can provide short term therapeutic counseling for mental health concerns and assistance with community mental health resources. SCC mental health is located inside Health and Wellness Services.

To receive a referral for therapy, make an appointment with an SCC Counselor who can help determine if therapy is right for you.

WEAVE Advocate

The WEAVE Confidential Advocate is available on campus and by phone for students or employees who have experienced any form of sexual harassment or violence and want support or information.
