Have you heard that networking is important but don't know how? Establishing and maintaining professional connections are key to scoring that dream job and advancing in the workplace. Join us as we discuss accomplishing this with minimal anxiety and awkwardness. In this workshop, we look at it through lens of temperament (introvert and extrovert) and discuss how to utilize your strengths to build meaningful connections with employers.
You will learn:
- What is introversion and extroversion
- How to utilize your inherent strengths to build connections
- Strategies for networking during a pandemic
