Our primary goal is to provide a suitable care-giving situation for the infants and toddlers of Sacramento City College students. Our responsibilities as program providers are to the children in the Center and to their parents who are enrolled as students at Sacramento City College. In accepting this responsibility, we commit ourselves to the enhancement of family life and particularly child-rearing.

The Berneice Clayton Child Development Center serves the parents who attend Sacramento City College. It serves to aid in the development of the children and to foster positive growth in the children as well as in the families.
